The Abruzzo region of Italy is where the North of Italy meets the South.
Largely unspoiled even today, the region remains inspirational in its simplicity and beauty.
It is bordered by the Apennines mountain range to the west and the Adriatic Sea on the east.
From atop the famous Gran Sasso, the highest mountain of the Apennine range, one has
views of both the Adriatic and the Mediterranean Seas, across the entire width of Italy.

It is here that our family created the recipe that we now call Tessora using all natural ingredients. The authentic original liqueur that was created then is being offered to the public now.

Tessora is a digestif – classically served neat, after dinner, in a cordial glass. Enjoyed all year round, Tessora is refreshing and icy-smooth on a warm summer night, festive and elegant at any holiday gathering or special event.

Though some may initially think of Tessora as limoncello, it is quite different. Those who like limoncello will certainly love Tessora, but even those who do not like limoncello enjoy Tessora.

We call it “original Italian recipe liqueur” because it is like nothing else and must be tasted to understand. Indescribably delicious!
